READING SKINCARE LABELS
Some simple self-care can go a long way to help take a break from all the busy-ness of the holiday season. While you wind down at the end of the day, cleanse your face and begin your evening skincare routine, take a second to read the labels on the skincare items you’ve been using. Many people think to look at food labels, but that’s not the only ingredient list you should be reading. SIMPLE INGREDIENTS YOU CAN TRUST

After that, ingredients listed towards the bottom of the list have lower impact on the overall efficacy of the product. So if you notice a chemical-laden ingredient list with a bunch of hard-to-pronounce items at the top of the list with only a few natural ingredients towards the end, that should be a red flag.
