Application Method

Step 1
Apply dime sized dot of cream to both cheeks, forehead, nose, and chin.
Step 2
Place hands in front of face in prayer position with tips of thumbs under your chin. Gently move thumbs underneath the jawline towards the ears. Drain out waste matter by pressing on the lymph nodes behind the ears then, following the contour of your neck, move thumbs along each side of neck to the shoulders. Breathe in deeply through your nose and release.
